
Learning Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for shaping the learning experience of our leaders by coordinating and delivering engaging induction programs, managing large-scale development forums, and contributing to exciting L&D projects.
Key Accountabilities:- Training Delivery: Deliver training in a range of formats including face-to-face, online, and workshops.
- L&D Projects: Support projects such as induction redesign and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaising with External Providers: Liaise with external providers and vendors for technical and specialist training.
In order to excel in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, the ability to deliver engaging learning experiences, and experience in learning and development coordination, facilitation/training, and/or event planning. Cert IV Training and Assessment is desirable but not essential.
