The Learning Experience Specialist role is a key contributor to our organization's success. We are seeking an experienced professional to create world-class learning experiences in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience, valuing their time and providing effective solutions.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Assess guests' needs to provide customized support and solutions, ensuring seamless transactions and executing market-relevant programs according to company standards.
- Product Education: Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of products, facilitating a seamless end-to-end guest experience.
- Floor Engagement: Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests, attend to guest or store needs, and receive feedback to partner with store leadership for action.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment, welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive experience for all team members and guests.
- Relationship Building: Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members, collaborating to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
- Task Execution: Perform product presentation tasks according to company standards, using in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain a luxurious store environment, adhering to people safety policies and procedures.
