A strategic HR professional is sought to drive organisational transformation and support the delivery of advisory services.
">Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement workforce planning, talent management and succession strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide coaching, advice and support to managers on performance management, organisational development, remuneration, recognition and reward.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at improving HR services and achieving key priorities.
- Significant relevant HR generalist experience in a complex client-focused environment.
- Experience working with HR frameworks including job design, remuneration, talent and performance management.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with specialist HR functions and building relationships across the HR function to deliver solutions.
- Solid knowledge of employment frameworks, including relevant legislation, enterprise agreements and modern awards.
- Higher education sector experience highly regarded but not essential.
