We're seeking a People Strategist to join our team.

About the Role
  • This role is responsible for partnering with senior leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive performance, growth, and cultural alignment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in talent management, organisational development, and change leadership, ideally within customer-centric industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with General Managers to develop people strategies that align with business goals
  • Influence enterprise-wide talent and leadership initiatives
  • Drive performance frameworks and change leadership
  • Use data and insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions

You will report to the Head of Human Resources.
