Senior HR Strategist

This role offers a strategic leadership position to shape the future of HR across various business divisions.
As an HR leader, you will partner with executives and general managers to design and deliver workforce strategies that support business transformation, talent growth, and capability development.
You will contribute to a high-performing HR team, drive organisational design, and embed agile ways of working.

We are looking for an established strategic and collaborative HR leader who can connect people strategy with business outcomes.
- Deep experience in HR business partnering, workforce planning, and organisational design as a senior HR professional (minimum 5 years' experience).
- Proven ability to lead large-scale cultural transformation and embed agile work practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executives and senior leaders.
- A track record of identifying, developing and growing talent, and building organisational wide capability.
- A continuous improvement mindset and ability to reflect on HR processes, policies and practices.
- Solid understanding of HR risk, governance, and compliance frameworks.
