As a Corporate Administration Assistant, you will provide corporate secretarial and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for tasks such as ASIC lodgements, ATO-related administration, maintaining databases, drafting correspondence, and serving as a point of contact for clients and visitors.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, who can manage time-sensitive tasks and deadlines effectively. You should have experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook, and be proficient in using tools like CAS360. We also value proactive, motivated individuals who are keen to develop their skills within a professional services environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting ASIC lodgements and corporate secretarial tasks
- Handling ATO-related administration and compliance
- Maintaining internal databases and records
- Drafting, formatting, and distributing client correspondence
- Serving as a point of contact for clients and visitors
- Organising filing, scanning, and general office administration tasks
- Providing ad-hoc assistance to the team
