About the Position:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional services firm in Sydney CBD as a Corporate Support Specialist. You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Servicing ASIC lodgements and corporate secretarial tasks
- Handling ATO-related administration, including preparing and lodging forms while ensuring compliance with deadlines
- Maintaining and updating internal databases and records
- Drafting, formatting, and distributing client correspondence
- Serving as a point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliers
- Organising filing, scanning, and general office administration tasks
About You:
- Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach
- Experience with CAS360 is highly regarded but not essential
- Reliable in managing time-sensitive tasks and deadlines
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities calmly and effectively
