Job Title: Corporate Support Professional
This is a multifaceted role that combines strategic support and operational management.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the leadership team, providing administrative assistance, coordinating events, and managing digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Plan, coordinate, and implement company events, meetings, and initiatives
- Digital Platform Management: Manage Sharepoint, Teams website, and other digital platforms used by the leadership team
- Communication: Communicate with employees, APAC, Global, and externally on behalf of the MD and leadership team
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and supplies, as well as acting as a point of contact for employees and visitors.
In this role, you will be expected to think strategically and act in accordance with the company's mission, vision, and values. You will review, plan, and implement work content and procedures from the perspective of business growth while carrying out current tasks.
