Student Advice Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Student Advice Officer to join our Student Advice Team at Business Connect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing timely, accurate, and consistent information and advice to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to students, staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Respond to routine and complex enquiries relating to programs within the College of Business and Law, across all modes and locations.
- Work collaboratively with other members of Business Connect and the wider Student Lifecycle Team to ensure effective academic administration.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of groups, both internal and external to the University.
- Stay up-to-date with University policies, procedures, and systems, and provide guidance and support to students and staff as needed.
