Experienced Paint Team Leader
Job Description:We are seeking a highly capable and experienced paint team leader to join our organization. This position offers the opportunity to lead a skilled team in delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise closely with project managers to ensure projects run smoothly
- Complete quality assurance and control inspections to applicable standards
- Undertake visual inspections after abrasive blasting and before coating
- Carry out surface profile tests
- Create inspection reports
- Provide technical advice and assistance to the project team
- Develop and implement project quality management systems
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver high-quality services
- Experience in construction and/or mining industry with blasting and painting
- Team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
- Police check (or ability to obtain one)
- Weekly pay
