About the Role
As our Event Co-ordinator, you'll be the driving force behind the planning, coordination, and execution of all Member and external functions. Your role will focus on seamless event execution, impeccable service, and attention to detail—ensuring every occasion reflects the high standards of our club.
What You'll Be Doing
Event Management & Coordination – Plan and oversee functions, managing everything from bookings to post-event reviews.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration – Work closely with our Hospitality Manager, Executive Chef, and Director of Sports to bring events to life.
Customer Service & Guest Experience – Ensure an exceptional Member experience through hands-on support and first-class service.
Operations & Administration – Maintain records, prepare event materials, and uphold compliance with club policies and industry regulations.
Leadership & Team Management – Lead event staff, delegate responsibilities, and foster a professional, positive team culture.
What We're Looking For

Passion for event planning and hospitality

Strong communication and organizational skills

Excellent customer service mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure

Minimum 3 years' experience in event coordination or a relevant role

Understanding of food and wine pairing and the ability to apply industry trends
