**The Role**
This is an administration based role and focuses on co-ordinating domestic travel arrangements across the PFD business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Book all travel on Woolworths OBT (online booking tool), Savi;
- Liaise with travellers regarding booking procedures;
- Liaise with staff and travel agent to co-ordinate travel for annual Excellence Awards, big one every 2nd year, held in Melbourne;
- Liaise with Branch Managers regarding accommodation options/customers near their branch;
- Liaise with car hire companies - Europcar/Hertz;
- Reconcile company credit card weekly;
- Ensure our accommodation rates are visible on OBT;
- Maintain standing reservation bookings;
- Co-ordinate airline membership annually.
**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven administration experience, prior travel related experience is not essential;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Able to work independently;
- Great attention to detail;
- Work closely and maintain strong channel of communication with supervisor;
- Punctual, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality at all times;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Able to prioritise tasks and complete within required timeframes.
