About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Securely park guest vehicles, deliver bags, and manage amenities according to hotel policies.
  • Assist the Front Office team with general operational tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Welcome guests to their rooms, explaining all features and hotel offerings.
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area, providing expert recommendations to exceed guest expectations.
  • Strengthen relationships with both existing and new guests, delivering our legendary service and facilitating future bookings.
  • Advise on local Melbourne activities, tag and deliver luggage to guest rooms, handle mail and parcels for guests and the hotel.
