Apply your clinical reasoning skills in a multidisciplinary team environment to facilitate successful outcomes. Work collaboratively with employees, medical specialists, and other stakeholders to develop, implement, and monitor effective rehabilitation plans. Your focus on client-centered care ensures meaningful results that enhance the well-being of those you serve.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, and activities of daily living assessments
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans, focusing on holistic care and person-centered goals
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes and ensure seamless communication
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA, AASW)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work
- Australian Citizenship and strong clinical reasoning ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams
