Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, and activities of daily living assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans, focusing on holistic care and person-centered goals
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes and ensure seamless communication
Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA, AASW)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work
  • Australian Citizenship and strong clinical reasoning ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams
