Quality Management Position

We are seeking a qualified professional to lead our quality management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance, compliance, and leadership.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing quality systems, risk management frameworks, and accreditation processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of organisational compliance strategies with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across residential aged care and support at home services.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Support and mentor staff in implementing quality and risk frameworks.
  • Oversee internal audits, risk reports, complaints processes, and SIRS reporting.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to embed governance best practices and improve care outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary-qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality leadership role within the Australian aged care sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of the aged care regulatory landscape.
  • Experience with accreditation, risk management frameworks, and audit oversight.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to influence and educate across all levels.
