Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a significant impact in the quality of our software products.
About the RoleThe Software Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our software products by designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks. This includes conducting security testing and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
The successful candidate will have strong expertise in multiple programming languages including Ruby, TypeScript, Java, Kotlin, and Python.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks to ensure the quality of our software products.
- Conduct security testing and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with developers to maintain and improve web services and internal tools.
- Lead and mentor QA engineers, support recruitment and training.
- Participate in project management, planning, and delivery activities.
- 7+ years of professional experience in QA/testing.
- Strong expertise in Ruby, TypeScript, Playwright, Java, Kotlin, Python.
- Proven track record in building test automation frameworks (Selenium, RestAssured, Selenide, TestNG, Cucumber, JUnit, Mockito).
- Experience in security testing of APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, TDD).
- At least one recognized cybersecurity certification (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in both backend development (Kotlin, Java) and frontend development (Vue.js, TypeScript).
- Experience with large-scale enterprise environments (e.g., banking, version control systems, fraud detection platforms).
- Strong leadership skills: team coordination, recruitment, mentoring.
- Experience in statistics or fraud analysis systems.
- Development of Chrome extensions or similar tools for QA automation.
- Exposure to both financial services and product-based companies.
