Job Title: Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer in Rockhampton.

This is a casual role, approximately 25 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, to meet business demands.

As a Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating and acting upon opportunities to make sales, and ensuring all rental vehicles meet our vehicle presentation standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
  • Opening and closing rental agreements
  • Selling additional over the counter rental products
  • Managing reservations and organising fleet
  • Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer
  • Inspecting and recording vehicle damage
  • Delivering vehicles between sites
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work during location trading hours, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays
  • Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
  • Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
  • Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)
  • Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence
  • Full working rights in Australia

All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
