About the Role

SIXT Australia is seeking a Casual Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join the team in Rockhampton.

This role offers approximately 25 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating and acting upon opportunities to make sales.
  • Ensure all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia's vehicle presentation standards.
  • Communicate with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
  • Open and close rental agreements.
  • Sell additional over the counter rental products.
  • Manage reservations and organise fleet.
  • Inspect and record vehicle damage.
  • Deliver vehicles between sites.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area.
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work during location trading hours, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience.
  • Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic.
  • Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential).
  • Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
