Job Title

A district support officer is required to deliver exceptional customer service and support a community-based organisation.

The role offers a unique blend of administrative and office support duties, as well as the chance to work closely with volunteers and employees. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service both internally and externally;
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks, including document preparation, minute taking, and records administration;
  • Liaising with external suppliers and coordinating store data using CFA systems;
  • Participating in incident management support roles and assisting with meeting coordination and travel arrangements;

To be successful, you will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a proactive manner. Experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a public sector environment, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required. SAP finance systems knowledge would be highly regarded.
