Our organization is seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to provide exceptional support to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a warm welcome for consumers, sales, phone calls, tours, and maintenance requests.

About the Role:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling inquiries, and responding to emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to high standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • Assist with programs and services, if qualified and certified

Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also need to possess a Certificate 4 in Fitness, or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
