Job Title:

Registered Nurse for Community Care

Overview of the Role:

This Registered Nurse position is based out of our Ballarat Office and focuses on supporting our Home Care program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct clinical assessments, reviews and care needs for clients in the East and Outer Eastern suburbs
  • Collaborate with local allied health professionals to facilitate responsive care
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Current AHPRA Div 1 Nursing registration
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse in Community, Commonwealth Home Support or District Nursing
