As a Community Liaison Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the community by managing non-urgent issues and events.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be able to work within established guidelines, and maintain confidentiality and impartiality.

You will engage with members of the public, log incidents in relevant systems, and triage urgent situations. A high level of personal integrity, resilience, and professional behavior is essential.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate composure and patience when handling difficult conversations, ask relevant questions, and filter through information accurately and timely.

We are seeking individuals who are committed to continuous improvement and professional development, and are available to work Full Time or Part Time (minimum 25 hrs p/w) on a 24/7 roster.
