The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management and at least 6 years of experience in contracts administration, with a proven track record on high-rise construction projects over $40M.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead contract administration across various contracts and subcontracts.
- Manage subcontractor performance, claims, variations, and payment processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Support project planning by aligning procurement with construction timelines.
- Ensure contract obligations are met across all parties.
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or related field.
- At least 6 years' experience in a Contracts Administration role (ideally senior level).
- Proven experience on high-rise construction projects over $40M.
- Strong knowledge of the market and commercial landscape.
- Attention to detail with strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach.
