We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to support the successful delivery of our major healthcare infrastructure project in Western Sydney.

About the Project

The Integrated Nepean Hospital project involves the design and construction of new state-of-the-art hospital facilities to meet the growing healthcare needs of Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage subcontract and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, and financial targets.
  • Oversee the project's financial administration, maintaining accurate records, cost control, and documentation aligned with governance standards.
  • Assist the Project Manager with monthly report preparation, including tracking of completed works, program progress, and cost performance data.
  • Develop and manage work schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs meeting project deadlines.
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in contracts administration within the construction or infrastructure sectors; healthcare or hospital project experience is highly valued.
  • A strong understanding of relevant legislation, contract law, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, planning, budgeting, and cost control on complex projects.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with project management and financial systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a sensitive healthcare environment.
