About Our Flagship Project:

  • We are seeking a driven Senior Contract Administrator to join our onsite delivery team for a high-profile hotel project.
  • This flagship project involves large-scale construction, from multi-million-dollar offices and aged care facilities to boutique hotels.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for end-to-end contract administration of head contracts and subcontract packages.
  • Leading procurement, tender negotiations, scope clarifications, and amending contracts is a key part of this role.
  • Managing variations, progress claims, claims certification, and payment reviews will be your responsibility.
  • You must provide accurate cost forecasts, budget reporting, and P&L analysis.
  • Identifying and managing commercial risks, delays, and claim disputes is crucial in this position.
  • Building strong relationships with commercial, site, and client teams is essential.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar is required.
  • 5–7+ years' experience in contract administration on major commercial or hospitality projects (preferably large-scale new build) is necessary.
  • A proven track record of managing large scale new build contract administration is a must.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong commercial acumen, and analytical rigour are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
