Contract Management Role

This is a contract management position where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract management across multiple projects.

A key focus of the role is drafting and managing contract notices, interpreting contracts, identifying key triggers, and preparing timely, accurate and compliant correspondence that supports project success.

You will work closely with project teams and senior stakeholders to negotiate subcontracts, manage head contracts and subcontract end-to-end, including notices, risk management, variations, claims and commercial strategy.

This is a hands-on role where you will help drive strong commercial outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • A solid understanding of contracts and commercial principles (either from legal training or project-based contract management).
  • Sharp drafting skills, particularly for notices and contractual correspondence.
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage complexity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
