Job Description

Seeking a commercially savvy professional to take on a key contracts role supporting two major infrastructure projects on the NSW Central Coast.

This is an excellent opportunity to work locally on projects without the need for lengthy commutes or relocation. You will be part of a hands-on commercial team managing all aspects of contract management, including drafting and managing contract notices.

Day-to-day you will collaborate closely with project teams and senior stakeholders to negotiate subcontracts, manage head contracts and subcontracts, and drive strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret contracts, identify key triggers, and prepare timely, accurate, and compliant correspondence that supports project success.
  • Manage complexity, think creatively, and develop practical solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally.

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a candidate with a solid understanding of contracts and commercial principles, either from legal training or project-based contract management experience.

Apart from a strong foundation in contracts, we require exceptional drafting skills, particularly for notices and contractual correspondence.
