Sales Development Specialist

We're seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth and maintain existing customer relationships within our regulatory compliance solution line.
This role involves developing sales opportunities, collaborating with product specialists and marketing teams, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively identify and develop sales opportunities using prescribed sales methodology.
- Collaborate with product specialist teams and business development managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Attend client visits to promote and demonstrate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer and prospective customer contact status in our CRM system.
- Actively build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our technology portfolio, including products, services, and education offerings.
- Relevant degree qualifications and 3-5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the compliance market.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales, with demonstrated performance against sales objectives.
- Prior experience in solution sales or subscription sales is essential.
Desirable Skills: Deep understanding of compliance regulations, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
