About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Energy Transition Unit at DLL - Financial Solutions Partner - Part Of Rabobank. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the world's transition to clean energy and energy-efficient equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential key customers within the energy transition market.
  • Develop a prospect list and execute a prospect plan to gain new clients.
  • Collaborate with our risk team and other internal functions to manage complex and structured accounts.
  • Work with Rabobank to develop identified opportunities.
  • Build long-lasting partnerships with DLL and its stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present documentation for review in credit and risk approval committees.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in the asset finance industry, with a proven track record of building new business.
  • Strong team player with a 'can do' attitude and growth mindset.
  • Solid influencer and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Robust negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Broad knowledge of products, market, business models, risk, legal structures, asset management, and commercial developments.
  • Excellent business English (both spoken and written).
