About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Partner Sales efforts and drive growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive account/territory plan, working collaboratively with internal and external resources to achieve revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, recruit, and develop opportunity-generating partnerships with key industry players to drive revenue growth and expand our market reach.
  • Provide technical training to partners to ensure they can effectively position and sell our solutions, aligning with our company's mission to deliver industry-leading cybersecurity products.
  • Coordinate demand generation marketing efforts and mutual business planning to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Recruit and develop new partner relationships to drive new business, access to new vertical and technology markets, and expand our customer base.
  • Drive regular cadence of account mapping sessions with partners and sales teams to drive net-new accounts and new opportunities in existing accounts.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales/channel experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Working knowledge of sales and channel concepts, methods, and techniques, with a focus on strategic partnerships and business development.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent work experience.

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and may vary based on factors such as work location, as well as the knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards and incentive compensation based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
