Job Responsibilities

  • Support the store manager in building a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and feedback to team members.
  • Assist in managing the store's finances by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the store manager to maintain a visually appealing store environment that meets the highest standards of cleanliness and merchandising.
  • Develop relationships with local community members to enhance the customer experience and increase brand awareness.
  • Actively engage in personal development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Lead by example and consistently deliver 5-star service to customers.
