Personal Banker Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Personal Banker in our Mansfield Branch.

As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs.

You will engage with customers in needs-based conversations, educate them on digital solutions, and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to multi-task and adapt to change.

They will also have a sound understanding of compliance and a willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
