Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role in facilitating employee development, reviewing course curricula, and providing feedback for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring training quality guidelines and processes are followed, working with the Operations and P&C Manager to catalyze improvement, and verifying training effectiveness.

The successful candidate will have experience in a fast-paced operations environment, strong computer skills, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate classes for employee development
  • Review course curricula and provide feedback
  • Ensure training quality guidelines and processes are followed
  • Work with the Operations and P&C Manager to catalyze improvement
  • Verify training effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in a contact centre, BPO or fast-paced operations environment
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain a customer-centric attitude under pressure
  • Ability to comprehend and follow directions
  • Complaint-handling experience
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
  • Ability to communicate with professionalism across all support platforms
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and influence employees at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following training quality guidelines and processes
  • Experience and competency in using learning management systems (LMS), presentation tools, and other training systems (beneficial)
