**Company Description**

YAY Today is a Melbourne-based National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider that specialises in empowering individuals with mental health conditions and neurodivergent traits. We support people with disabilities to unlock their potential and bring a moment of happiness to our clients' lives. Our team comprises of over 30 staff counsellors, psychologists, employment coaches, support workers, and cleaners.

**Role Description**

We are looking for an experienced **Training & Assessment professional** with **NDIS expertise** to deliver our classes and oversee our programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver and facilitate engaging training sessions
- Develop and assess training materials in line with NDIS standard
- Oversee and manage program delivery
- Support participants in skill-building and development
- Ensure compliance with relevant training requirements

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience in training, assessment, and program coordination
- Strong understanding of NDIS and disability support services
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passion for education and empowering individuals
- Capable of working independently as well as collaborating within a team
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Able to manage and resolve challenging situations with professionalism and composure

**Valuable Attributes**:

- Background in Disability Employment Services
- Teaching or Workshop Delivery experience
- Have charisma, high energy and the ability to engage with people from all walks of life

**Location: Ormond.**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
