Learning Opportunities Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate training programs for high-quality delivery
  • Support the facilitation of training sessions in various environments
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage the scheduling of training programs, including logistics and coordination
  • Act as a central point of contact for queries and manage the L&D mailbox

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong collaboration skills and analytical ability to review data and provide insights
