About The Role...
As a Career Transition Assistance (CTA) Facilitator , you will assist participants aged 45+ in returning to work, guiding them through new careers and skills.
You will deliver assessments, training, advice, and support to enhance their competitiveness in the local job market.
Location :Based at Warragal, VIC , with travel within the Gippsland region to sites like Morwell, Moe, Traralgon, Wonthaggi, and others for training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Assess applicants for suitability to the program.
Deliver the CTA program in group settings.
Develop participant skills and support sustainable employment.
Engage with jobactive providers and promote program benefits.
Build relationships with government, industry, and employer stakeholders.
Ensure program delivery aligns with accreditation and contractual standards.
Is it a good fit?
If you are experienced in training and employment services, you will see the positive impact of your leadership on clients.
We look for :
Knowledge of the local labour market and employment services industry
Stakeholder relationship skills with industry and employers
Experience in career development or counselling (advantageous)
Training program organization and facilitation skills
Proven results and customer service excellence
Influencing, negotiating, and time management skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel
To be considered, you will have...
Eligibility to work in Australia
Current driver's license and insured vehicle
MyGovID (Standard level)
Willingness to complete a National Police Check
Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
Availability for part-time work Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm
