Job Description

As a seasoned Digital Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational growth through strategic leadership and expertise in digital product development.

Reporting directly to the senior management team, you will lead a cross-functional digital squad from opportunity identification and solution design through to development, delivery, and optimisation. Your primary objective will be to enhance digital experience and sales performance by delivering high-impact digital products that drive meaningful value for both customers and the organisation.

  • Lead a cross-functional digital squad from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration with teams across Technology, Compliance & Risk, Legal, and key business units.
  • Develop and implement effective processes, rituals, capabilities, and culture to continuously deliver innovative digital products that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Champion the role and impact of Digital Product across the organisation, positioning it as a key enabler of member and business success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience as a senior Digital Product Owner, leading cross-functional teams from Design through to Delivery.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital product features and enhancements that have driven both customer experience and commercial outcomes.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate digital product decisions to cross-functional teams, senior management, and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities while completing work according to schedule.
  • Ability to inspire, drive, and motivate cross-functional squads, peers, and stakeholders by being an open, authentic, and genuine self-motivated leader who is visionary, action-oriented, and energised by winning as a team.
