**Salary**: $320K Package
- Drive and champion digital process innovation and serve as a cross-functional change agent for the company, optimizing operations and enhancing digital experiences.
- Work closely with the CEO to establish, manage, and execute technology initiatives vision to drive excellence via cutting edge technologies that enable digital transformation for our company
- Identify opportunities for strategic shifts and business process transformations, translating company and business strategies into near and long-term IT and process initiatives and roadmap
- Act as an internal thought leader to advise on key initiatives to drive cross-functional collaboration and implementation
- Work as an external thought leader with a deep understanding of industry, customer, and technology trends
- Drive continuous improvement, ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between partners and colleagues
- Advanced knowledge of SaaS and software industry business models, best practices, challenges, and trends
- Executive presence, self-starter, resilient, and ability to engage, build followership and drive a point of view
- Possess an innovative and disruptive mindset, forward-thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, resourceful in the face of
ambiguity and can successfully resolve situations that are broadly defined, complex, and diverse in nature
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive success
across multiple large-scale initiatives
