Key Responsibilities:- Owning the vision and execution of RACV's mobile and authenticated digital experiences
- Leading the development of app features and experiences that drive engagement, adoption, and revenue growth
- Ensuring seamless digital experiences that meet customer needs, are intuitive, and align with organisational goals
- Monitoring digital product performance and insights, using data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
- Harnessing data, industry trends, and best practices to stay ahead of member expectations and drive business success
