Job Title: Chief Digital Transformation Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our digital transformation strategy across all customer touchpoints. As a Chief Digital Transformation Officer, you will be responsible for creating seamless interactions that define a leading digital travel retailer in the Asia Pacific region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a Retailing of the Future Strategy, transforming into a next-generation travel retailer with customized offers for each customer.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across customer experience, payments, and technology modernization while driving operational excellence.
  • Drive digital self-service capabilities across all touchpoints, reducing operational costs while empowering customers to manage their journey seamlessly.
  • Develop and execute a payments strategy including fraud prevention and revenue protection initiatives.
  • Oversee technology modernization including platform migrations, cloud transformation, and adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, ML, conversational AI.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in digital/e-commerce transformation.
  • A proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation programs with significant team management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in retail personalization and customer data platforms at scale.
  • Success in implementing AI/ML-driven personalization in consumer businesses.
  • Experience in aviation, travel, or consumer-facing digital businesses is preferred.
