Claims Management Professional

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of complex liability claims. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling General Liability and Employment Practices Liability claims.
About the Position- Manage a diverse range of liability claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
- Interpret policy terms accurately and provide recommendations on indemnity, liability, quantum, reserving, and settlement options.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including Solicitors, Loss Adjusters, and Barristers, to facilitate effective claim resolution.
- Australian citizenship is mandatory for this role.
- The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in liability claims management, preferably in public liability and/or professional indemnity claims or general insurance claims management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary for prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and achieving performance goals.
