Claims Management Professional

This is a Claims Specialist position within our Insurance and Workplace Health practice. The successful candidate will support multiple engagements, conducting high-volume, high-quality claim reviews to improve the experiences of injured workers and employers.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can apply legislative frameworks and clinical guidelines to assess liability, treatment appropriateness, and return-to-work strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Support claims specialist engagements to drive improved outcomes
- Analyze complex claims data to identify opportunities for enhanced client satisfaction
- Collaborate with treating providers to review treatment progress and align with clinical frameworks
- Develop actionable insights to address claims management gaps, delays, or missed opportunities
- Proven expertise in personal injury claims management and legislation
- In-depth knowledge of workers compensation and/or motor accident regulations
- Demonstrated ability to critically assess claims and provide strategic recommendations
