About this Role
We partner with insurers, self-insurers, schemes and employers to navigate complex claims environments.
As a Claims Specialist, you will conduct high-volume, high-quality claim reviews that directly influence the performance of personal injury schemes and self-insurers.
Your primary responsibilities include supporting dynamic engagements, applying legislative frameworks and clinical guidelines to assess liability and treatment appropriateness, performing targeted claim reviews to drive improved injured worker and claim outcomes, facilitating case conferences with treating providers, and identifying claims management gaps and providing actionable insights.
To excel in this role, you must possess proven expertise in personal injury claims management, in-depth knowledge of workers compensation and/or motor accident legislation, demonstrated ability to critically assess claims and identify opportunities for improved outcomes, familiarity with conducting targeted claim reviews, and strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
