Job Details

Award-winning builder seeks an experienced Contracts Administrator with Class 2 experience to manage projects in Sydney.

You will be responsible for helping deliver a boutique residential development located in the city's eastern suburbs.

  • Focused on one primary project, with a second project to follow once underway
  • Work alongside an experienced Project Manager, but must be confident handling CA duties independently
  • Residential Class 2 experience essential
Key Responsibilities:
  • Subcontractor procurement and contract management
  • Variations, RFIs, claims, and EOTs
  • Cost tracking, reporting, and compliance
  • Liaising with all project stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Previous CA experience on Class 2 residential builds
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge
  • Proficiency in construction software (e.g. Procore, MS Project)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
