We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our luxury multi-residential projects in Brisbane.
About the Role:
In this key position, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety and quality, and overseeing subcontractors. Your strong background in commercial new build projects will enable you to develop and implement construction schedules, conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, and foster a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, we require:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial new build projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, & best practices
- Excellent leadership skills
- Adept at problem-solving & decision-making in a fast-paced construction environment
