Residential Operations Lead

This is a key opportunity to support First Nations peoples in their journey across Australia.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage hostel operations effectively, maintaining high standards in service delivery, safety, and cleanliness.
- Bidirectional relations with local stakeholders will be formed to assist First Nations residents during their stay.
- Policies compliance and operational guidelines adherence are mandatory. Regular reports must be made to the Management Team, and liaison with the National Office should be established when required.
- Australian citizenship is essential.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a police check and a Working with Children Check is vital.
