Residential Facility Operations Manager

This leadership role oversees the strategic direction and operational excellence of a residential aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care delivery, staff leadership, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility to achieve organisational goals.
  • Ensure the delivery of person-centred care services consistently, meeting the needs of residents and their families.
  • Manage and maintain compliance with aged care quality standards, legislative requirements, and accreditation processes.
  • Oversee staff performance, engagement, and development to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure seamless facility operations and resident care outcomes.
Key Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Full working rights in Australia without sponsorship visa requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing residential aged care facilities, with a focus on quality improvement and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of aged care accreditation standards, clinical governance, and operational management.
  • Ability to commit to scheduled block bookings with flexibility as required to meet organisational needs.
