Residential Operations Lead

Job Summary
The Residential Operations Lead will oversee the daily management of our residential services in Logan, providing meaningful support to young people in care with complex needs.
This role requires an experienced professional to lead a team of youth workers in delivering therapeutic and trauma-informed care within a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with children and young people through active engagement and visible interest.
- Ensure the home is emotionally and physically safe, fostering growth and resilience.
- Support case planning and develop individualised care plans.
- Lead and manage a team of residential workers, facilitating staff meetings and reflective supervision.
- Coordinate intake and transition of new clients, ensuring up-to-date records.
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or similar qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field (desirable).
- Experience working with children and young people who have experienced trauma and disadvantage.
- Proven experience in managing 24-hour residential services for vulnerable populations.
- Current Australian driver's licence.
- First Aid and CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain if successful).
