**About the companies**

We are currently posting an expression of interest for Operations Managers / Team Leaders who have skills and experience in Residential Construction.

We work with a number of small to large, award-winning multi-disciplinary residential clients based in and around Brisbane
**.**

We have multiple opportunities available at competitive and negotiable salaries, but happy to have a friendly and confidental conversation around your expectations.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Operations / Construction Manager within the volume or boutique home industry, with a proven understanding of building regulations and standards
- Proven commercial skills in managing trades, suppliers and project budgets
- Leadership qualities which have resulted in the development of others and a high-performance team
- A strong customer service ethic, and the ability to creatively solve technical building matters
- An ability to manage an OH&S program
- A tertiary qualification in Building /Construction and/or related discipline is highly desirable.
