Job Title: Lead Residential Architect

We are seeking an experienced Lead Residential Architect to lead our team in delivering high-quality residential projects.


About the Role

You will oversee all stages of project delivery, from concept design to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and builders to bring residential projects to life, ensuring both design integrity and commercial outcomes are achieved.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of residential projects
  • Lead client liaison, consultant coordination, and approvals
  • Prepare and oversee design documentation with attention to detail
  • Ensure compliance with planning regulations and building codes
  • Collaborate with a talented design team and mentor junior staff

  • Experienced Residential Architect
  • Excellent Revit skills and strong documentation ability
  • Confident communicator with strong client management skills
